The EDUCATE Virtual Hub, consisting of this website and related services, processes personal data as follows:

  • Standard website server logs including IP addresses and browser agent details may be retained for website administration purposes.
  • Twitter.com provides our twitter feed. You can read their cookie policy.
  • If you choose to sign up to our mailing list or use the website contact or application forms, then these may process personal data as detailed on the respective pages.

For EDUCATE staff and participants:

  • Additional services are used, some non-EU based. These include: zoom.us, youcanbook.me and mailchimp.com.
  • Usage data is retained for participants to provide analytics for compliance and to improve our services.
